The Mindful Family app offers an introduction to meditation for families, providing guided meditations to help children process their experiences. Through this app, children can learn to restore emotional balance using breathing techniques and release emotional stress from the body.

In addition to guided meditations, Mindful Family includes a Meditation Bell to enhance focus and awareness and three soothing nature tracks: Gentle Waves, Sunset by the Sea, and Waves and Birds.

For a monthly subscription fee, Mindful Family offers extra meditations, including five different Goodnight meditations designed for bedtime routines. The app is suitable for children aged 4 years and older.

The creators of Mindful Family, Pia and Jannik Holgersen, aim to promote the numerous benefits of meditation highlighted by reputable sources such as The Mayo Clinic.
